not have automobile liability

Does this mean I will be unable to

policy of insurance contains
underinsured/uninsured coverage.
This means that you probably have
underinsured coverage under your
auto policy, which can provide

Also, if the other driver was
working for someone or was in the
scope of his employment, that
employer's insurance company would

and seek a deposition or narrative
from your physician to substantiate

Thereafter, based upon our years of
experience as injury lawyers, we will advise you what
a reasonable settlement range should
be. In the event the insurance
company's offer is too low, we can
go to court and obtain a jury
